Shipping & Delivery

Once you have placed an order, the processing fase begins. Your order will be packed in our warehouse in Amsterdam and shipped within 72 hours. We will send you an email notification with an estimated timeframe for delivery once your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped to you with Priority Mail by our local post carrier, PostNL. Once it arrives in your country, the delivery will be taken over by your local post carrier. They will deliver your order to you.

 

We offer FREE shipping worldwide.

 

All orders are normally shipped out within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. Items could take up to approximately 3 weeks to arrive after shipment. Shipping times vary based on the country of the customer. Orders in Europe often arrive within 5 business days after shipment.

 

Our packages are shipped without a tracking number, but with Priority Mail. This way we are able to offer FREE shipping worldwide.

 

Orders outside the European Union could be charged with customs fees or duties. Chances are small it will happen, but still present. Countries often charge duties above a certain value, which is often higher than our product value. We offer free worldwide shipping. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties.
